our food evolves with the best local and seasonal products. they are sourced from a network of farmers, hunters and suppliers we trust and out of our own food forest in the spreewald.

brunch is open every day:
homemade bread and something sweet, fresh fruit and pickled vegetables, spreads, cheeses and various warm dishes from our kitchen. our buffet offers both vegan and omnivorous options.

dinner is open tue - sat:
we create a unique dining experience. our dinner represents and reflects everything that is important to us personally and as a company. menu is served in three courses consisting of 6 to 8 plates starting with home-baked bread, snacks and a range of dishes to share, followed by your choice of an omni or vegan dish.
